This page explains which cookies bastardini.eu uses, what they are for and how you can choose. It complements the privacy notice. Data controller: Open Event srl, via Camillo Casarini 19, 40131 Bologna, Italy, tax code and VAT no. 03790311207. Contact: info@bastardini.eu.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website saves in your browser, either to make it work or to collect information about browsing. Similar technologies, such as the browser's local storage, work in a similar way: on this page we call them all «cookies».

2. Which cookies we use

Technical (strictly necessary) cookies. They make the site work and do not require your consent:

– the cookie that remembers the language you are reading the site in;
– the cookie that remembers your cookie choices, set by the banner;
– security and operational cookies of the service that hosts the site (WordPress.com);
– for site administrators who log in to the private area, WordPress login cookies. Visitors do not receive them.

Visitor statistics. We count visits in aggregate form using the WordPress.com statistics service (Jetpack Stats), without profiling visitors and without combining the data with other services.

Profiling and marketing cookies: the site does not use any. Fonts, images and videos are loaded from the site itself. Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and the ticketing platforms are simple links that install nothing until you open them.

Google Maps, only if you choose it. On the Contact page the map is an image. If you click «Show the Google map», the Google Maps map loads in its place. From that moment Google (Google Ireland Ltd and Google LLC) receives some data, such as your IP address, and may set its own cookies. Google's rules apply (policies.google.com/privacy). Until you click, nothing is sent to Google.

If we add other external content in the future, it will be listed on this page and will only be activated with your consent.

3. List of cookies

– pll_language – bastardini.eu – technical – remembers the language chosen – 1 year.
– Banner cookie – bastardini.eu (Elementor Cookie Consent) – technical – remembers your cookie choices – up to 12 months.
– wordpress_*, wordpress_logged_in_*, wp-settings-* – bastardini.eu – technical – only for people who log in to the site's private area – session or up to 1 year.
– Google Maps cookies – google.com – third-party – only if you click «Show the Google map» on the Contact page – duration set by Google.

4. How to choose

– On your first visit a banner appears: you can accept, reject or choose by category. Closing it with the X counts as rejecting non-essential cookies.
– You can change your mind at any time using the «Cookie preferences» link at the bottom of every page.
– You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block technical cookies, some parts of the site may not work properly.

5. Record of choices

Your choices are recorded with an anonymous identifier, the date and the categories chosen, so that we can show we have respected them. The record is managed by Elementor Ltd.'s Cookie Consent service.

6. Changes

We update this page whenever the cookies we use change. The date of the latest update is shown at the top.
